OUR CALL: Church Historical Site Missionaries, Palmyra, New York

Our mission started October 26th, 2009. As we entered the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, we were nervous and excited. Little did we know then what absolute joy and blessings were ahead of us. This is our story through words and pictures of some of our special experiences as we serve in the "Cradle of the Restoration". Walking Sacred ground everyday and teaching and testifying of what we know to be true. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to earth in this the latter days, and we humbly strive to do our part as directed by the Spirit of the Lord through prayer, service, obedience, and love.

Site Sister Missionaries after Site Meeting Feb. 17, 2010

These are our site sister missionaries. The 3 in front are getting ready to end their missions and go home. They are Sister Jensen, Sister Adamson and Sister Silva. We will miss these wonderful sisters so much. They have been instrumental in bringing many to the Gospel. Sister Silva is from Brazil. She is so beautiful. We have had her along with 3 other sisters to dinner every Wednesday night before our weekly site meetings. We have worked with her at the sites and heard her testimony many times. She is smart, beautiful, humble and very tender hearted. We wish her all good things as she leaves this wonderful place. She has shed many tears as she realizes her mission is about to come to an end. We hope to see her in Provo next summer.
